What Are LuxCreo 4D Aligners?
LuxCreo 4D Aligners are custom-made, removable clear orthodontic appliances. Unlike conventional thermoformed aligners, they are directly printed into their final shape without requiring a separate printed model and thermoforming step. The proprietary ActiveMemory material is designed to recover its intended shape and force when activated according to LuxCreo’s care instructions.

We capture a detailed digital model of your teeth without conventional impressions.
3. Personalized Treatment Planning

4. Direct 3D Printing
Your aligners are manufactured using LuxCreo’s direct-print technology as appropriate to your case.
5. Wear and Follow-Up
Wear your aligners as prescribed, usually around 20–22 hours daily. Our practice may recommend changing sets every 7–10 days, depending on the treatment plan.
6. Retention
After treatment, retainers help maintain your result.
REJUV™ Ultrasonic Cleaner: Included with Your Treatment
At Pearly Dental Care, we provide LuxCreo 4D Aligner patients with a REJUV™ heated ultrasonic cleaner and cleaning tablets as part of their treatment package. REJUV is designed both to clean the trays and to activate their ActiveMemory™ material.
- Ultrasonic cleaning and compatible tablets help remove buildup and keep aligners fresh.
- A controlled heating cycle is designed to restore the aligner’s intended shape and force.
- Daily rejuvenation helps support performance throughout each prescribed 7–10-day wear period.
The manufacturer’s standard device cycle uses approximately 10 minutes of heating and ultrasonic cleaning, followed by cooling and rinsing. Follow the instructions supplied by our team.

Patients receive their customized aligners and instructions for proper wear, removal, cleaning, and storage. A Cosmetic and Restorative Approach to Orthodontics
Dr. Morvarid Khatibian is a cosmetic and restorative dentist who plans tooth alignment with the final smile in mind, beyond simply straight teeth. She considers smile proportions and symmetry, functional bite relationships, and potential future bonding, veneers, crowns, or other restorative work.
